These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally bindingagreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and SmartSolution SL LTD(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the owner and operator of https://skinslink.com (the “Website” or “Platform”).

The Platform provides an online marketplace and services that allow users tobuy, sell, and trade virtual in-game items (“Skins”, “Virtual Items”, or “Items”),primarily for games such as Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) and/or Counter-Strike:Global Offensive (CS:GO), facilitated through integration with Steam accountsand third-party payment processors.

By accessing, using, or registering on the Platform, you agree to be bound bythese Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • Account — Your registered user profile on the Platform, accessed viaSteam login.
  • Steam — The digital distribution platform operated by Valve Corporation.
  • Virtual Items / Skins — Digital in-game cosmetics or items tradable viaSteam, bought/sold on the Platform.
  • Services — All features, tools, bots, trading functionality, and supportprovided by the Platform.
  • User Content — Any information, data, or materials you submit or upload.

2. Eligibility and User Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
  • You are not located in a sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction (e.g., those onOFAC SDN List, EU sanctions lists, or where such trading is restricted).
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering,tax, and export control regulations.
  • Your Steam account is in good standing and you will not use the Platformfor illegal purposes, fraud, or to circumvent game rules.

We may require identity verification (KYC) for certain transactions orwithdrawals.

3. Account and Security

  • You log in using your Steam account; we do not store Steam credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account andSteam credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations, fraud, or at ourdiscretion, without refund.

We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. Their terms applyseparately to your Steam account and Items.

4. Services and Transactions

  • The Platform acts as a marketplace for trading Virtual Items between usersand/or with our automated systems/bots.
  • Transactions involve Steam Trade Offers; once accepted on Steam, theyare generally irreversible.
  • We may cancel transactions for compliance, fraud checks, or non-compliance with requirements (e.g., Steam Mobile Authenticator activatedfor 15 days, no recent password changes).
  • Payment methods are provided by third-party processors; you agree totheir terms.
  • Fees, commissions, and taxes are your responsibility; our fees are non-refundable.
  • We may impose transaction limits, hold funds for review (e.g., 24 hours), ordelay crediting for verification.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraud, chargebacks (except where permitted), money laundering,or illegal activities.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated means without authorization.
  • Harass, spam, or impersonate others.
  • Violate Steam or game terms (e.g., real-money trading prohibitions in somecontexts).
  • Circumvent restrictions or use multiple Accounts to evade rules.

We may terminate access and withhold funds for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform (logos, design, code, text) is owned by us or ourlicensors.
  • Virtual Items remain owned by their respective rights holders (e.g., Valve);we grant no ownership transfer beyond Steam trade mechanics.
  • You grant us a license to use your User Content as needed to provideServices.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Withdrawals

  • All sales are final; no refunds except in cases of our error or as required bylaw.
  • Chargebacks or disputes via payment providers may result in Accountsuspension.
  • Withdrawals to your chosen method (e.g., PayPal, crypto, bank) are subjectto verification and fees.
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-partyprocessors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitivedamages, including loss of Items, account bans by Valve, transaction failures, or data loss.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 monthspreceding the claim (or $100 if no payments).
  • We are not liable for Steam bans, game policy changes, hacks, or third-party actions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses,damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse ofServices, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, includingsuspected violations, with or without notice. You may stop using the Services atany time.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changesconstitutes acceptance. We will post updates on the Website.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflictof laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, or viabinding arbitration if specified.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Force Majeure — No liability for delays due to events beyond control (e.g.,hacks, natural disasters, regulatory changes).
  • Severability — If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
  • No Waiver — Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
  • Assignment — We may assign these Terms; you may not without ourconsent.
  • Entire Agreement — These Terms (plus Privacy Policy) constitute the fullagreement.
